Payment terms
Lou Granos welcomes you all year round with a minimum stay of 3 nights, by reservation only.
Payment methods: by check or bank transfer for France, bank transfer only for Europe and other countries
50% deposit at reservation. In case of cancellation before 21 days from the date of arrival, this deposit will be refunded.
The balance of 50% will be due 21 days before your arrival date.
Local tax: 0.85€ per person per night.
Caution
Lou Granos is a non-smoking place (exceptionally on private terraces).
For your peace of mind and security, only children from 9 years old are accepted, calm and good swimmers only at the pool.
The garden is very neat, animals are not accepted or only kept on a lead and “small model”.
Lou Granos is not responsible for the values left in the rooms, safes are at your disposition. The Jacuzzi, the fitness room and the sauna only for adults.
